Meet Anthony Wharton, Operations Manager

As part of our Meet the Senior Leadership Team series, we introduce our Operations Manager, Anthony Wharton.  

Anthony has worked in the subsea industry for over 17 years, having started his career straight from school with an OEM building and commissioning subsea vehicles and pipelay equipment. After qualifying, he transitioned offshore as a trainee trenching and ROV pilot, gradually progressing through hands-on roles maintaining and operating a wide range of subsea assets—including ploughs, trenchers, ROVs, CFEs, cable handling systems, and rock grabs. 

Anthony’s extensive field experience eventually led him to the role of Offshore Manager before moving onshore to take up his current position as Operations Manager at Aratellus. Known for his keen eye for detail, he remains closely involved in the design and implementation of asset modifications—particularly in electronic and software systems.
